Suzanne Pleshette

 

Suzanne Pleshette (January 31, 1937 - January 19th January 19, 2008) was an American film, theatre television, and voice actress. Pleshette started her career in the theater and was first seen in films around the late 1950s. Later, she appeared in prominent films such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), and Spirited Away (2001). Later, she was a part of various TV productions, mostly as guest actors, and was Emily Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show from 1972 until 1978. She earned numerous Emmy Award nominations for her role.
